You won't find this level of quality, luxury, and comfort your average rental!

Please note that I prefer long term rentals but will consider shorter term if there is a gap in the calendar. Please check prior to inquiring. Bookings will not be made for dates more than 90 days out (if request is less than 30 days long). For example, if you send an email asking for 2 days in a month 6 months out that will be declined since that would prevent a longer booking (unless your request happens to fall next to an existing reservation).

Guest Access

Guests have access to the whole home, no restrictions. Total privacy and comfort.

Parking is available in the public garage next to unit, for $25 per 24 hours, or street parking is usually available without too much trouble.

Interaction with Guests

Most interaction is through email and text. Code for keys will be given.

The Neighborhood

Abundant shop, restaurants, and entertainment all around! In the heart of the city and easy to get just about anywhere.

Serviced by many bus transport lines (look up corner of Fillmore and Geary street). Famous live music venues such as Yoshi's and the Boom Boom room are just outside your doorstep. Farmer's market on Saturday mornings as well. Walking north up Fillmore street you cross lower Pacific Heights and then up the hill to Pacific heights, which affords some of the best views of the Golden Gate bridge and the bay in the city.

*Fantastic restaurants and cafes (Out the Door, SPQR, Fresca, Woodhouse Grill, Elite Cafe, Florio, Le Boulange, Solstice, Tortilla Heights, Sushi, Fillmore Cafe, Bruno's Pizza, Chicken & Waffles, etc).

* 4 blocks from the famous Sundance Kabuki movie theater where you can watch independent and Hollywood releases with libations ;-) New People cinema also close by for international treasures.

Getting around

The best way to get around is by public transport or taxi. The flat is close enough that most things are a $10 to $15 cab ride away. You may just even just prefer to walk! Public transport by bus is $2 per ride.

If you are coming from SFO please use the Super Shuttle instead of BART. The cost is around $20 and they will drop you off right in front. The BART is not convenient as you will need to take a bus or cab once you get down in the city.

Other Things to Note

Note that time to time there are festivals and parties/parades in the summer on Fillmore street -- this may bother guests if they are looking for peace and quiet, however the parties wrap up by early evening and music doesn't start till after 10 am. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em!

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT AND ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
