Located in the River Dale community (wooded) near Oak Orchard. Indian River Bay is just a short walk down the street, as well as the community boat club which has two piers with boat slips (requires a membership, very reasonably priced). There is a public boat launching facility just up the road. Bethany, Lewes, Rehobeth and Dewey beaches are all just a short drive, as are a few of the state parks with beaches. Restraunts, shopping, laundromats, golfing, pet grooming, beer distributor-liquor store, boat dealers-repair shops (you name it), are all just minutes away and there's NO SALES TAX in Delaware.
