I am looking for a roommate for the 2015-16 school year for my 3 bedroom apartment. My current roommates are moving away to study elsewhere.
I am a full time nursing student working 20 hours a week. I am generally clean and easy to get along with. I am looking for people who are a full time student, sanitary, responsible, respectful, and doesn't drink/party a lot.
Rent is $450 per person. All utilities are included except internet, which would be split 3 ways.
Located in Shockoe Bottom. Short walk to MCV. 5 min drive to Monroe Park campus
