My husband and I are renting one room in our 4 bd, 1.5 bath home in Rochester. The room for rent is upstairs with the half bath. Shared kitchen, living room and shower on main floor. Plenty of room for storage in the basement and there is attic space upstairs as well. No pets as we have two dogs already (very well behaved).
