Room is 15x13 and upstairs. All other rooms occupied. You will be sharing a double sink bathroom (with two other people) as well as the laundry room down the hallway, all upstairs. The house has hardwood floors and tiles throughout. No carpet. We also have a cleaning lady that will clean the kitchen and our bathrooms, however, that doesn't mean you can be a slob around our house. Clean up after yourself and we will like you.
We also have a very friendly well trained dog and cat. Cable is NOT included but wifi is.
Looking for someone who keeps to them self and cleans up after them selves. We have a quiet and peaceful vibe in this house so looking for someone who would fit that. College student would be ideal, however not looking for someone who brings people into the house on the daily. If you have a pet, tell me what kind and we can work it out. Curbside parking is available and there is a small park with playground down the street.
