Hi,
This is a great little house. Looking for a temporary roommate for May and June. I am a full time masters student, kids soccer coach, medical center volunteer and I work regular hours during the day. You will have the largest room in the house. My son and I are moving out at the end of the lease term at the end of June. If you like the house you can sign a one year lease with the landlords after that.
House is ten minutes from Boise State by bike, back roads most of the way.
Cost is $400 plus utilities...so about 460 including internet.
