Tons of shopping 1 block away can walk there. Every room is fully furnished with 50 inch TV's. Nobody leaves their room. Feels like the place is empty 24-7. If you want quiet/privacy, this is the place.
Utilities included except SRP electric which is split. It's around $15 winter and $65 summer.
4 people live there now but it always feels like house is empty. Everyone works weird hours and never home. Definitely not a party house. More like the quietest boring house around. All roommates here around 23-31. All professionals. And very very clean! I clean the place 3 times a week. That means I Windex toilet bowls, soft scrub shower tub, vacuum, steamer mop the hard wood floors and everything else. Just do your dishes.
