I have a Master bedroom for rent. All utilities are included--refrigerator, Internet (wifi), dryer and washer, stove etc. The garage has another space for another vehicle if you have a car. I am a special education teacher so I work Monday through Friday (6 AM to about 4 PM). I have my daughter who lives with me for 4 days of the week. When I am home I'm usually outside looking after the flowers, gardening and mowing the lawn. The backyard is beautiful with a deck and a forest of trees that looks amazing.
