We have a number of shared houses with upcoming vacancies.
We are looking for friendly, respectful, tidy, mature, responsible, and community-minded housemates who want to live in a comfortable, pleasant environment.
We are NOT looking for people who are noisy, don't know how to clean up after themselves, bring drama, ore are uptight.
It should be noted that these are not party houses and pets and smoking are not permitted.
You get your own bedroom and share the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, yard, etc. with the housemates. (A couple of the rooms have their own private bath.) It's a great way to meet new people, control your costs, and live in a really nice house!
Rents range from $350 to $625 (depending on house location, room size, and other amenities) plus utilities.
