Looking for a roommate to rent a walk out basement/apartment of a house with me that has 2 bedrooms, a full eat in kitchen, living room , updated bathroom and laundry room with some added storage areas. You would have the larger of the two rooms that could comfortably fit a queen size bedroom set/ or king bed and some.

We would share the laundry room with the landlords upstairs.I am painting the entire basement areas with parisian taupe, and natural gray. I will have a nice tv stand with a led smart tv for us to watch with netflix. I wont be getting cable cause I don't watch that much tv. We will have high speed internet as well. I will eventually get other furniture for us to use so I expect you to be clean and respectful of others property.

I am willing to paint your room a specific neutral color of your choice but you need to provide the paint. The basement is pretty big about 900sf. Here is what is required for you to move in:

$475 first month rent/Rent due again on July 1
$400 your half of security/full refund base on condition of room.

Rent will be due on the 1st of each month you will pay that directly to me, as you will not have to be put on the lease I am the only one needing to be, and I will pay that directly to landlord. You must provide proof of employment to me, non-smoker or outside is ok! ABSOLUTELY no drugs of any kind tolerated.
