This place has been great to me but I just graduated and am leaving town. The rent is $478.00 a month incl utils but no internet. cats and dogs okay with an extra fee. washer and dryer in building. every in building is quiet and polite. A very nice cozy place one block off campus(8th and University) I can leave some furniture for free or take it all, up to you. I will be showing it tonight and tomorrow. Thanks and hope all is.
