The Water Oak Village Apartments are an enjoyable place to live. We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom spacious apartments. Everything's electric. We have a play grounds, swimming pool, laundry rooms, and a basketball court on the property. We have an on site manager and a courtesy officer (forest park police officer) living on the property. Excellent maintenance and a 24/7 emergency number. This is a multicultural community. We also have a bus station on the corner of the property that can take you to Southlake Mall, Wall Mart, Kroger, the Marta station and the Airport.
