I am looking for a male roommate to share my two bedroom/two bath apartment on a month to month basis from FEBRUARY to May 1st (3-months) till I finish out my lease. The apartment is located at the Hamptons at Hunton Park in Glen Allen just off Staples Mill Rd north of I-295.

As for the place, it is in a luxury apartment complex, has lots of parking, large floor plan (1220 sq/ft), washer and dryer in the unit, and a gym and pool on property. The apartment is fully furnished except your room. Your room has a private bathroom within the room as well as a walk-in closet. The apartment has wifi set up as well as full cable and box within your room

AS FOR ME -- I am a white, chill/drama free young professional guy in my early 30's.

IDEAL ROOMMATE -- male, chill/drama free, responsible, and professional or student, with no pets, clean, does not smell, has their own method of transportation, and reliable steady source of income!

RENT -- Negotiable - $500/550 + 1/2 all utilities or $625 a month all reasonable use of utilities included.
