Depending on heat and electricity, the average monthly expenses for you to live here ranges from ~$550 - $650 at the very most.
The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, full kitchen with dining area, and a living room. The apartment has closets, a large storage area and a porch. The bedrooms are also pretty big (12 by 19 or 17) easily fitting a queen size bed with extra room. The apartment is mostly furnished except for your bedroom and there is room to store extra furniture if need be.
