My younger brother is looking to sublet his bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment at Level 51 Ten starting at the beginning of June. The current lease ends in July but he had already renewed several months ago for another year so you'll be signing up for June and July plus the 12 month lease that begins August 1st. Rent for June and July is $607 but when the lease starts over it'll be dropping down to $520. There's a keyed entry for the bedroom with a private bathroom. It includes water, sewer and trash, electricity, internet and cable with free HBO. There's also a shared washer and dryer in the apartment. It's currently all guys in the apartment who are quiet and keep to themselves. He isn't familiar with the workings of craigslist and works many different shifts during the week, so I'll be handling the communications to speed things along.
