I don't mind if you are retired, just as long as you can pay your bills. I'm 40 yrs old and i live on lake mead and jones and the bus system is everywhere around me. 95 interstate is like a mile away. If you google map the intersection of lake mead and jones, you can see everything that is near me. Plenty of shopping nearby and grocery store is in walking distance.
