Hi.
I have a room for rent in a beautiful home in Forest Hill that is available July 1st or later. Just to clarify, I am only seeking one more roommate and cannot accommodate couples or families. The house has lots of charm. It's walking distance to Crossroads coffee and Forest Hill Park and very close to downtown, VCU, and the Fan. The room is fairly large with excellent light, hardwood floors, and a jack and jill style bathroom shared with one other roommate. The rent is $535 per month plus 30% of the utilities. I am upstairs and pay 40% of the utilities. There's a $535 security deposit. There is a fenced in back yard, washer and dryer in the basement, side porch, and wifi.
I am a 32 year old female with a really sweet dog who would love a playmate. I am a nature lover and am excited to be getting back into mountain biking, climbing, and some creative outlets. An awesome 31 year old and her house-trained pet rabbit live here as well. I would consider one more pet in the house if everyone gets along. We are looking for the right roommate who is very respectful, clean, responsible, creative, quirky, and an honest communicator... we also hope to find someone of like mind who can have a bit of fun and help us make this place feel like everyone's home, not just a place to sleep. Please tell me about yourself and what you're hoping for in a living.
