I will have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment coming available in April, 2015. The unit is currently occupied but I can show it to any prospective tenant. The rent is $550/month with a $550 deposit required before move-in. Cats and small dogs (25lbs and under) are accepted with a separate pet lease and an additional $10/month non refundable pet rent. As for utilities, the tenant pays electricity only; I pay water, sewer, gas and trash removal.
