I am an artist/mother renting out the entire upstairs of our beautiful Victorian home in the North End just a few blocks away from the Co-op. Upstairs has 2 rooms and a sink and toilet. Downstairs shared living area has washer-dryer and shared bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower, kitchen, back fenced in yard. Internet and all utilities included. (Basically you living here helps me pay my utilities).

This could be a great place for another artist that would like to have a bedroom and an art studio, or someone who would like an extra room as an office, or hang out area. Hoping to find someone who is either good with children because I have one, or who works a night shift and isn't around much. Also we have an adorable golden retriever, so must love dogs.

Looking for: Single person only. We have tried living here with two roommates and it makes dinnertime challenging. Needs to be responsible without guests in and out of the house on weeknights. Summertime I'm a little more laid back about that but during the school year I have to have my son to bed by 9. It is a nice living space, because it is completely closed off from the rest of the house for privacy.

About me: Free spirited, likes to cook and bake, paints late nights, works days, hangs with son the rest of the time.
