I will have a 17' x 11' master bedroom available for rent for two months this summer (from June 1st through July 31st). The room has a private bathroom and comes with a bed, desk, and two chest of drawers (see pictures). The total rent (utilities included) is $575. (A $250 deposit is also required).

The room is one of three bedrooms in a two-story townhouse (see attached pictures). The townhouse is in Auburn Square Village, located just a few miles north of Southpoint mall and I-40 (exit 276). I've really enjoyed living here the past year or so and think both the apartment and area could be a great fit for any commuters to RTP. I've worked for a couple of software start-ups in RTP and have appreciated the quick commute and easy access to Chapel Hill, Downtown Durham, and anything else along I-40.
