Currently looking for roommate (Female) to share (2BR/1BA) apartment.
Currently applying, can afford myself but It would be more comfortable with two people.
The apartment was originally offered off of Facebook, however, I have already sent an application and wanted to reach out to see if anyone was interested in sharing an apartment? I have the application available from Apartment Management if interested.
Please be advised that I do have a small dog. I will be able to pay for the deposit and first month's rent (if necessary.)
The location is Crestwood Apartments, West Fargo.
$30 application fee.
$575 a month for the whole shebang.
All utilities paid except electric.
Garage included.
