Rental comes with beach parking permit and passes to the Ocean Pines Beach Clubhouse & Pool which provides direct access to the beach. The OP Beach Club is an ocean front club located at 49th & 50th Streets in Ocean City. It offers a snack bar and grill for light fare and locker rooms, showers, pool etc.

Ocean Pines is a private residential community nestled on Maryland's Eastern Shore only four miles from Ocean City and the Atlantic Ocean. The community has numerous parks, green areas, lakes and waterways, which are for the common use of all residents and visitors. There are playground areas, ball fields, soccer fields, 18-hole designed golf course, a community hall, a yacht club and two marinas, walking / fitness & bike trails, picnicking areas, crabbing / fishing areas, horseshoe pits, basketball and tennis courts, water craft launching sites and a new skateboard park. White Horse Park has live entertainment during the summer.

Places to visit include Assateague Island, the home of the miniature ponies, Ocean Downs Casino and Horse Racing, Outlet shops and the Ocean City Boardwalk which has jet ski rentals, parasailing, miniature golf, go karts, fishing and paint ball. There are plenty of great restaurants as well.
The house is available for rent during the months of May, June, July, August, and September on a weekly, or mini weekly basis. The rates are as follows:
