My current roommate has moved in order to be closer to her school, so I am looking for a new roommate!
I am a 22 year old female graduate student, and I moved here this fall for school. As a roommate, I am responsible, respectful, quiet, and clean. I love to read, watch movies, and cook. I am definitely not a partier, although I enjoy an occasional drink. I also have a very small, non-shedding, 9 month old dog who lives with me. She loves people, and loves to play and cuddle.
The condo is in a gated complex with off-street parking and a pool. It's about 15-20 minutes from downtown. All common areas in the apartment are furnished, and the unit has a new washer and dryer. Rent is $595 per month, with all utilities included. I'm hoping to find a female roommate, somewhere around the ages of 20-25, who is friendly and responsible.
