Elegant Ohia and Redwood cottage hidden in the forest on one magical
acre of paradise. Filled with exotic flowers and ferns, mysterious nature trails, and elegant
vines of turquoise jade blossoms .
Called "The Tree House" by many, it is private and very cozy. This partially
alternative energy home has all the amenities for a quality stay, with the ambiance
and the beauty of paradise. Offering more than 1200sf. of living space, it is fully furnished
and sweetly decorated to please your eye. This cottage is on three levels. The bottom is a 200 sq. ft. Bedroom. The second is the living room, kitchen, bathroom and decks. The top is a 300 sq.ft. sleeping loft. All of it is roomy.
Kitchen is complete with full size stove and refrigerator and all at home necessities.
There is a dining room and a lounging area with comfortable furniture and
wood-burning stove. The sleeping loft is 300sf, surrounded by windows
overlooking the forest. It is accessed from the living area by a well-built ladder
made from our local hard wood. The outdoor shower has a private view of lush jungle,
but is protected from outside weather.

Electricity is supplied partially by solar as well as local power to assure
constant availability. Cable TV, WiFi, local and long distance phone included.
Coffee, tea, fruit and flowers are provided.
The rate is $60 per night for two, $10 for each extra person, plus a $35/week cleaning fee.
A 13.5% state tax rate applies. Deposit required.
