I am a gay male working full time and pursuing my masters degree part time, looking for a space which has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and is dog friendly. Willing to pay up to 500$ / mo. Maybe 600$ / mo, if utilities are included. My dog is quiet and never barks, is crate trained, and I would not expect you to help me take care of her. I am a clean / respectful person. My only weakness is I typically stay up a little late (2-3am most nights), and I am a big homebody, so if you want a roomie who is never home, that isn't me.
