Have a brand new 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home in Pottstown and I'm looking to rent out the finished basement to a non smoking individual. We would share the open concept living area with living room, dining room and kitchen. I'm asking for $600 a month including utilities. Laundry privileges are included. I'd prefer no parties or sleepovers but having guests over isn't out of the question.
