Seeking apartment in Soulard when current lease ends in the last week of June. Would need to move in immediately. Looking for something in the range of no higher than 700/month, and 700 is pushing it...would REALLY have to like it for 700. Need only one bedroom. Would be the sole resident, but I do have a dog who is 50 pounds. Mature, non-destructive, well-behaved. For this reason, a fenced, private yard would be ideal, but not required. I also require a dishwasher.
