We are looking for International Graduate students (from SNHU or MCPHS), preferably, to occupy our home and live in community together. We are looking for people who are respectful, clean, courteous and have a desire to make new friends.
Our beautiful cape-style home has a lovely balcony to see the sunsets, has off-street parking and is only 5-7 minutes (3-4miles) from SNHU. This home is only 15 minutes from the Mall of NH, and 20 minutes from Concord. It is very spacious and open with a furnished kitchen and living spaces. Rooms can be furnished, if needed, with a bed, dresser, desk and chair. Manchester area.
We currently have two rooms available June 1 for $600/month**, all utilities included (heat, hot water, sewer, trash pick up, washer/dryer, Premium TV and Wi-fi). These rooms have a shared bath. Only one person per room, and no smoking/alcohol allowed. No pets allowed either.
