Ten minutes away from the beach, we have single room for rent in three bedroom house for short or long term, min 6 month ideally. Lease is negotiable as is moving in cost. This is a three bedroom house currently occupied by two male roommates living here. We are both in our early 30's and both work long hours. One of us is here about 3 nights a week. Located near the Old Salt restaraunt in quiet neighborhood. We have one cat and a dog (very friendly) SO MUST BE OK WITH ANIMALS. We both live relatively quiet private lives and when we have people over, which is rarely, it is usually kept to a minimum. Ideal roommate would be similar. Not a party house, though we do know how to party ;). Animals are negotiable but must be good with cats and dogs. Looking to have someone move in ASAP so your rent would be due on whatever day you wanted to move in, every month. Rent will be between $600 and $700 based on lease terms, animals, and if you are willing to do chores around the house (ie, clean, yard work, etc) There is laundry in the basement with washer and dryer.
