Available now is one bedroom in a quiet 3 bedroom house in Eagle, Idaho. The house has a washer & dryer and has some room for storage in the garage. The room is currently furnished with a queen sized bed, but it can be removed if you have your own furniture. The house has 3 bedrooms (one bedroom is currently a study/guest room) and 2 bathrooms, so we each have our own bathroom. Rent is $600, includes all utilities (internet, water, gas, electric, trash, sewer) and is due on the 1st of the month. A $500 deposit will be required upon move in, along with pro-rated June rent.

Qualities I am looking for in a house mate:
-Early to bed, early to rise. I go to sleep around 10pm and wake up at 6am every morning and am looking for someone with a comparable schedule. Quiet evenings past 10pm are especially important.
-Steady & reliable source of income
-Clean. We will each do our own dishes, and will share other chores.
-Respectful & considerate - this is not a party house, respect furniture and other's belongings and I will do the same.
-Open minded, positive, and unoffensive.
-Open communication style -- I expect you to bring up any issues calmly and maturely - passive aggressive people need not apply
-Not 420 friendly (landlord's requirement)
-No pets

I am an adult professional with a steady job and a busy life so I am not home very often. You'll have the house to yourself most of the time. The house is nicely furnished and in a great location. I'm respectful of boundaries and easy to get along with, and am looking for someone who is the same.
