I will have an unfurnished room for rent, available July 1st. Shared bathroom. Includes utilities and basic cable. Washer and dryer in unit. Fireplace. Balcony. Dishwasher.
I am looking for someone who is responsible and cleans up after themselves, and pays rent on time. No drugs, alcohol or partying tolerated.
May be able to have another dog if it gets along with my small dog, landlord approves and is completely house trained. There is a deposit required by landlord. Strict poop cleaning/leash rules. Absolutely no cats (severe allergies).
I work full time and go to bed at a reasonable hour. I mostly stay in my room so you would have free range of the apartment. Near a police sub station, fire station and boys and girls.
