This apartment is in a quiet residential area of Norwood.
My building is always improving. I just installed new windows last summer which has been a huge upgrade inside & out. Apartments are quiet and non-drafty.
This is a one bedroom with a living rm, kitchen, & bath. There are hardwood floors except tile in the kitchen and bath. The tub, toilet, & vanity were replaced a few years ago.
Heat is paid as well as water & hot water. Tenants pay for their own electric & cooking gas and the building is wired for cable. I have storage in the lower level, as well as laundry. Parking is on the street, but there is never trouble finding a nicely lit space in front or along side the building.
Only good credit and non-smokers will be considered.
I prefer a call, but will text. Appointments, however, are by phone only as I want to talk to my perspective tenants. It's a nice way to start.
