I am looking for somebody to rent the third bedroom in my open, spacious, modern family home which is located walking distance from Old Town and Indian Bend wash.
You would have your own unfurnished/furnished room with new hardwood floors, and use of the large living room and open plan kitchen. Your spacious bathroom would be right next to your room and would be mostly yours but also doubles as the guest bathroom so you'd have to be relaxed about it. The bedroom includes a Queen mattress, tv, shelves and built-in closet
I have a dog and he's very people friendly but not so much with other pets, so no pets please. The Rumba takes care of any dog hair and dust and the house is very clean. The floors are concrete.
We are an active, hard-working but very friendly and relaxed household and would suit someone who is the same, regardless of age or gender. However I am looking for a student or professional who is social (but not a partyer), clean and reliable.
The area is awesome! You can go to great restaurants and bars in Old Town or head to the Indian Bend Wash, an endless green belt of parks, bike paths and outdoor space, all within walking distance. There is a green area and pool right outside the front door too.
