I'm John we need a 3rd that knows how to pay rent on time n eats there own food . I have a unfurnished basement room with large closet, private full bath, living room/den area. Washer/dryer are also in the basement not to be used after 8 p.m. for courtesy of person renting basement. what I'm renting is single occupancy only 1 overnight guest allowed once a week as long as it's quiet. NO PETS ALLOWED , NO LOUD GET TOGETER,S with your friends, NO PARTYS . You have accest to main level of condo . there is 2 parking spaces in gated lot but 1 is mine & only mine the other is 1st come 1st serv. The other can park on street. So if you seriously looking check us out. Rent is $650.00 & $650.00 dep I will break deposit into 2 payments of $325. Each April & may if that helps u. that's all utilities included plus wifi & cable an central air for them hot days.
