I am looking to rent one or two rooms in my end unit town home in Parkesburg (Walking distance to Harry's). You have the option to rent 1 room @ $650 or 2 rooms for $800, everything included! Couples considered but at a slightly higher rate to cover additional utility use and space/privacy (approx $100 per month more for couple or just the $800 for both rooms) Its a nice big place so you would have your space. Sorry, no smoking cigarets inside, no pets, no hard drugs.
