We are currently looking for a roommate/housemate to move into a 3 bedroom house in Northern Liberties. We are both young professional ladies in our mid twenties and have a small King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Penny. Ideal roommate is a non-smoker, young professional or grad student. We are looking for another responsible and easy-going person to share a house with. The room for rent is spacious with 3 windows and closets on the 3rd floor of the house. The house itself is great with 3 floors, (partially) furnished living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, very quaint, sizable basement with washer/dryer and great back patio as well as an outdoor side aisle for bikes etc. Our house is in a great spot, just 2 blocks from the Girard subway stop, across the street from Superfresh and 3 or 4 blocks from the Piazza/Liberties Walk. Our block is free two hour parking and all surrounding blocks are unlimited free parking with spaces always open! We have an excellent landlord who is always available and is very involved in maintaining the property. Move-in date is May 1st. Rent for the room is $655 a month + 1/3 of utilities for the house.
