Two bedrooms available in BedStuy near Bedford/Nostrand G, Kingston/Throop C, and Nostrand A train stops.
Two rmates are moving out June 1st and now we need two new roomies to occupy the rooms for the rest of the lease. This is a three month commitment sublease (June 1st through August 31st) and must renew lease with us on Sept 1st.
Rent is $662.50 for each tenant plus utilities. One month security deposit required for sublease.
This is a four bedroom, one bathroom apartment. We are ladies in our mid, to late twenties working full time. We are seeking someone responsible, respectful, and clean; preferably a young professional who will have obligations outside of the apartment most days.
