I'm a 46 year old, responsible male. I've owned homes mostly in the last 17 years. I have a voucher after hurting my neck. My injury was repaired with surgery last May. I held my last job for 10 years. Following that I was a full-time college student and graduated in 2013 and I'm now a licensed HVAC - R. Although surgery improved symptoms I was experiencing, it didn't completely fix some issues. This put me in a spot with no lifelines as I moved here from California.
The voucher is guaranteed rental income, and I think I'm a great tenant who likes quiet and keeping things nice,that can fix things as a skilled tradesman.
