I have a three bedroom, two bath rambler and I primarily live in the master bedroom which leaves two bedrooms, one bath and garage parking for one car available. Additional parking available on the street or driveway. I am a newly retired gentleman living on a fixed income and ideally, I'm hoping to find someone similar to share expenses. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room would be shared but I rarely use them. I have a large Belgian Shepherd who lives indoors with me and would prefer someone who likes animals but doesn't have any. First and last months rent to move in. Be prepared for a background and credit check. Be a non smoker, quiet, drama and drug free.
