House/Room is FULLY FURNISHED and CLEAN - queen bed, large desk, great light, upstairs bathroom will be shared with 1 other female medical student, high speed wifi, new washer and dryer downstairs, parking in the driveway, rent $750/mo all inclusive.

I am looking to fill my "home" with a pleasant, considerate female preferably for the entire 6 months. I would like to limit numerous sublet-ers coming and going, so the longer you can stay the better -- our home has a special dynamic that is very friendly and inviting and I want to try to preserve this as best I can! We all get along great and whomever fills my room will have the flexibility to enjoy their company or keep to themselves while living in a respectful, considerate home for anyone who may be working late nights/early mornings.
