You'll need to bring along with photo I.d and proof of ALL income for anyone 18yrs and older. Once you complete the application process we approve and show same day. First come first serve. There are NO FEES. When you come in ask for Helen and I' ll assist you from there. Rent assistance is accepted so if you are in the program please bring along your voucher. We also accept emergency assistance. Pets are allowed. Selected units have rent specials.
