This is a two bedroom in the lower rear (the Garden Flat) of the building. The place is warm and inviting and the living room overlooks the backyard. The yard is private and fenced from the alley. It's a comfortable place to relax with a patio and great for BBQ's!

The building is located in the center of Riverwest!! Walking distance to everything and you can smell the coffee brewing at the Fuel from the yard! The place really needs to be seen to be appreciated!

We've been working on the garden in the back: there's a patio, a very large, well established, pink, delightfully scented english roses, perennials, bulbs, irises, lilies, but we left room along the privacy fence for you and your neighbor/friends to plant veggies/flowers or whatever you'd like!

Your neighbors are wonderful people to share walls and the building with. They all are carefully screened by us so you can feel comfortable with whom ever is living in the building with you. We really do care about the people that rent from us so we do our very best to ensure that everyone will get along with each other and everyone feels like they're living in a warm, wonderful home.

Coin-op laundry is in the basement as well as additional storage (great for bikes!)

There's a nice sized yard in back shared by everyone. Nice neighbors, cool flat in a great neighborhood steps from everything! This is located just off of Center St in the heart of the vibrant Riverwest neighborhood steps from the Fuel Cafe, Riverwest Video, The Foundation, StoneFly, The Mad Planet, Shi Chai, the Riverwest Co-op and loads of other great businesses. Two minutes to UWM, Lake Michigan and downtown by bike, bus or car.

We ask for a 12 month lease and a $750 security deposit. Tenant pays all utilities. We do a credit and background check on all applicants. Cats are negotiable with an additional one time fee. This is a four family building, so we are sorry to say we do not accept dogs.
