My roommate and I are losing our third come June 1. We have to let our landlord know if we will be moving out by March 30th.
About us:
My roommate and I are recent Drexel business graduates (undergrad) looking for a cool third to take the place of our roommate who is moving out. We smoke, drink, and like to have fun but are respectful to each other. We pool together bills and share the responsibilities of cooking, cleaning, and stocking. We are looking for a third roommate, male or female, to move into the third room (yes, own room) who we feel we could live with until June 1, 2016. Recent college graduates who want to have fun in Philly are encouraged.
About the house:
The house is on the corner of Bainbridge and 26th. It is two floors with a basement, small backyard, laundry machine, and a dishwasher. My roommate and I both have cars and find good parking.
