Hi! Im looking for a house to lease/Rent, very long term. Im off NW Barry Rd. now, for 5 years same place. I have excellent references, and a never late pay where I live( 5 yrs). I run a Cleaning/reorganizing business full time. No children! Non Smoking ! I have my 13 yr old Dog whom Ive had since 6 months, whom is wonderful, and housebroken. Im looking for a house move in ready, with Backyrd/Deck, which Id mow and take care of, 2 bed/2 bath at the least, walk in closet preferred, and a home in excellent updated shape w all its appliances. No Condo/ Townhomes, thx . Im looking for one off NW Barry Rd/Zona Rosa., Weatherby lake/Parkville area for this is where I live and run my business. My Apartment people and clients will tell you Im clean, OCD about it lol. Im tired of apartment living. Im looking to pay no more than 800.00 a month. Thank!
