My husband and I are looking for a two bedroom apartment in the Franklin/Tilton/Concord area.
We have been at our current residence in Franklin for over three years, have a great relationship with our current landlord and are always timely when paying our rent.
We are both self employed. My husband has maintained his business for over 10 years and I have had my residential cleaning business for over 5 years, maintaining a strong customer base.
We are non smokers, and can provide excellent professional and personal references.
We are looking for an apartment with a washer/dryer hookup as this is something our current residence does not have.
We would also love to find a place where a small dog would be allowed.
We are not interested in living in a large complex but prefer a place with only a few units.
Ideally we would like to find an apartment in the $800 range, or where heat/hot water is included.
We are looking to move in the next few months.
