Looking for a young professional to move in around May 1. My current roommate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take over her month to month lease ($800/mo plus utilities) for the summer--with the option to extend longer if you want. My apt is the whole first floor of a house that is literally steps from the center. It has a big front porch/grill, covered and uncovered parking. It doesn't have laundry (the washer broke) or a dishwasher, but it pretty much has everything else.
