I'm looking for someone who is willing to take over my lease for 1 month only starting Aug 1, 2015. I have 2bed/2bath apartment with a private balcony, washer and dryer included. it is a second floor apt. It is very clean with very nice furniture. The rent is $835 including the furniture. You will have to pay water, electricity, and internet if wanted. No deposit needed and you will get the rest of the deposit after moving out.
