This adorable knotty pine two bedroom cottage (one double bed in each bedroom - sleeps 4 max) is just steps (2 to 3 min walk) from the smooth white sand beach at the end of our little street - no need to cross the traffic on Ocean Boulevard! Enjoy a short walk to restaurants, shops, deep-sea fishing, whale watching, para-sailing, mini-golf, free nightly concerts at the new Seashell Stage and FIREWORKS!!! It's a short drive to golf courses, Water Country and the Kittery Outlet Malls. Portsmouth is only 25 minutes away and it is only about an hour to Boston.
This is the upstairs unit in a duplex building. We have recently installed all new wood flooring throughout (new vinyl tiles in the bathroom), have a new couch and have partially remodeled the kitchen! Check out the new pics below. The cottage is completely furnished with a full kitchen, expanded cable TV (watch the Red Sox!), free wireless internet and even AC. There is a gas grill and picnic table in the nice yard and the cottage has a porch perfect for relaxing and taking in the fresh sea air. Just bring your linens and paper goods, sand toys and a good book. NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises - including the porches and yard! This is NOT a party place. There is an on-site manager. Parking for 1 vehicle on site. The price is $850 per week plus the 9% NH Rentals Tax of $77 to total $927. There is also a REFUNDABLE $250 cleaning and security deposit. We are pet friendly - upon approval you may bring ONE well-behaved, quiet, fully vaccinated dog ( $75 Pet Fee & additional $250 security apply). What a great, inexpensive way to celebrate your summer vacation!
Available: June 13 - 20, June 20 - 27, June 27 - July 4, July 25 - Aug 1, Aug 8 - 15, Aug 22 - 29, Aug 29 - Sept 5 and the week over Labor Day Sept 5 - 12. It is also available for the WEEK of Seafood Festival Sept 12 - 19, and for long weekends in the spring and fall.
