To start, this unit is in Norwood closest to Hyde Park. It is in the Historic area often referred to as the 'Presidential Streets' My four unit is on Monroe Avenue. I have had very long term tenants here and I am interested in responsible, clean, and quiet tenants.
This unit is on the second floor. It has a living rm, dining rm, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath. Laundry is in a clean, well lit, secure basement and is yours to use as I have a washer and dryer for each apartment. I have a single car garage with an opener. Tenants control their own thermostat for heating and there is a window unit for cooling.
Only great credit will be considered. One months rent for security deposit.
