I have recently moved and I have my apartment available for rent. The lease is up July 31, but it can be renewed for another 6 months, or 1 year. The apartment still has a few items in it and needs to be cleaned. It would be move in ready on Sunday Feb 1.

The apartment is located in Worthington Glen. This is a great apartment community. It is a brand new complex which is still being built. Spring Hill is a booming city. There is a lot of great things here. The apartments are located close to I-65 and it is a 30 minute drive to Franklin, 40 to Brentwood, or 45 to Downtown Nashville.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. You have 2 nice bathrooms, a garden tub, a washer and dryer, a balcony, 2 storage closets, and a walk in closet in the master bedroom. You get access to the amenities of the apartment complex. Work out, pool (when open), game room, volleyball, grilling, and more.

You will be on the lease as an occupant. I can put two people 18+ on the lease as an occupant. I will still have to be on the lease, but I will not be living there. You do not have to have good credit, but you must have a clean criminal background and at least a source of income. (Subleasing isn't allowed here, but you are technically "occupants")

Rent: $900 per month (Due on the 1st) - Currently these are renting for $1105 for 2 bedrooms without a garage.

Deposit: $500 which you will get back after the lease is up in August. I just have to make sure you keep things clean and just don't leave without paying. It is like leasing a house. I am liable for anything that happens.

Utilities: Electric MTEMC (could go in your name)but, water will have to stay in my name. You will have access to the online payment for the Utilities so you will be paying directly. If you prefer you may pay me. I can take payment via Credit / Debit / Paypal, or GreenDot card. Rent will have to be paid to me. I have rent lower than what I am actually paying.

Average cost of these:
Water $30 per month
Electric $89 per month
Internet Only $65 per month

If you want to bundle everything for another $250 on top of the rent I will pay utilities and provide cable tv.
